Moving hand into grinder to stabilize assembly.

Two EE 's were working on removing stuck plastic from B2 grinder. [REDACTED] was drilling the stuck plastic. [REDACTED] worried that the grinder blades would rotate reached his right hand in to stabilize the assembly sticking thumb in a pinch point. [REDACTED] 's drill pinched while removing it out of the plastic causing assembly to rotate backwards smashing [REDACTED] 's right thumb. Grinder was locked out EE 's were all wearing appropriate PPE and cut resistant gloves.
