Operating dock leveler

Forklift driver went to pick up stack of pallets beside dock. EE stepped aside from dock to the front of the dock lift controls to operate lift operator saw EE and slowed down and stopped - but when forks entered pallet pushed the pallet a few inches bumping EE in the back. Called Nurse Line and self care was recommended. While on the nurseline call a scratch was brought up on EE 's back. EE will be receiving tetanus shot validating past shot in AM.
