Stacking covers on the automation line.

EE took an empty 4X4 pallet off the stack and slid it over to the C-Line packing spur. EE leaned the pallet against the spur then lifted the part of the pallet that was still on the floor so it could be set completely on the spur. When lifting the pallet EE felt a pain in the Abdomen. EE was in a hurry to get another pallet in place so they could get caught up. EE was wearing proper PPE. This occurred near the end of shift at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. EE reported this incident at the beginning of the next shift on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED].
