What happened
Incident happened while injecting a vaccination to a patient. Patient 's arm became loose from the mother and patient proceeded to bend the syringe while needle was in the patient 's leg. While trying to close the needle with the safety mechanism the bent needle scratched my thumb causing bleeding.
