What happened
MCAS 667 called to private residence for a 35 YOM complaining of right medial toe pain. [REDACTED] lives in a group home and had run away today and had arrived home at time of call. [REDACTED] had been reporting toe pain to staff while he was gone stating that he tripped. [REDACTED] was found to have his shoes on the wrong foot. [REDACTED] moved to sit on back bumper of the rig to look at his foot. [REDACTED] 's foot showed no signs of injury swelling skin break or redness. [REDACTED] 's sock put back on and helped to put the correct shoes on his feet. Discussed with the pt that the ER would most likely not do anything with his toe as no visible injury and that he would be told to take APAP or IBU and ice as needed. Staff suggested that 667 crew come and help and give him his APAP. St aff had reported that pt has HX of seeking out emergency services attention. Crew and staff began to walk with pt into residence. While walking EE was walking next the pt left when the pt swung around and
