What happened
I was on call and scanning a patient portable in the emergency room (10) for a gallbladder ultrasound. When the patient was in the left decubitus position I was scanning her bile ducts I felt a twinge in my right shoulder and biceps tendon. Ever since th at time my shoulder has been hurting and randomly my middle and ring finger have tingling and numbness.
