While attempting to loosen a hose nipple using two crescent wrenches

While attempting to loosen a hose nipple using two crescent wrenches while kneeling they experienced a sudden tearing sensation in their left shoulder while trying to remove it from a pipe. Despite the pain and discomfort the employee completed their shift on [REDACTED]. Upon returning home employee applied a cold compress and took Tylenol to alleviate the discomfort. No medical attention has been sought by this moment. [REDACTED] - After reported experiencing pain in specific circumstances employee was scheduled to visit the Occupational Medicine for evaluation and advice. Following the evaluation it was recommended to utilize over-the-counter Ibuprofen and Tylenol along with warm compresses for pain relief. No restrictions applied. [REDACTED] - Follow up appointment.
