Associate was unclogging bagger chute when material bridged and did not fill a bag Associate used their arm to free up the material and felt some discomfort in their shoulder Associate returned to work the [REDACTED] and said there was some minor discomfort but no pain Associate was advised to be careful and call for help on the line when needed Later they were restacking [REDACTED] bags and began to feel soreness again The [REDACTED] the associate was taken to the clinic where they were diagnosed with a trapezius strain and physical therapy
