EE retrieved a dunnage bag from a box then placed it between the pallets.
What happened
Employee was working back in shipping putting air into an airbag when the clasp came loose on the connecting hose and popped off hitting the employee in the right side of their face chipping the back molar in his mouth. Employee stated that we need a new air system or going back to the old air guns would have prevented this incident.
