What happened
Employee had noticed their elbows were sore on the [REDACTED] while packing online 5 they had to reach to pull the parts closer to them because the packing table was not working properly. Their pain level was low so they just took medicine and did not report it. The [REDACTED] they were packing [REDACTED] 's on line 4 switching from packing to gluing boxes and at approximately [REDACTED] they felt their right elbow pop then at approximately [REDACTED] they felt the left one pop. Again they did not report it they took medicine. [REDACTED] it got reported with a high pain level employee did receive first aid. Employee stated that if the packing table gets fixed to bring the parts to them it would have prevented this incident.
