What happened
Line 6 went down and EE was attempting to thread the pannel back into the Crop. The pannel caught on the edge of the guide and bowed up in the back. Another employee tried to help push the pannel through and when they did it slid the the EE 's hand and lacerated the right palm. The EE did not have gloves on.
