EE SIGNALED COWORKER TO OPEN THE [REDACTED] BOTTLE TO 1000 PSI. HOSE ADAPTER (GOOSENECK) DETACHED FROM DOOR ASSIST ADAPTER HITTING RIO ON THE FORHEAD CAUSING A CUT. A FEW DROPS OF BLOOD FOLLOWED. EE CONTACTED HEALTH CENTRAL. ANTI-BIOTIC OINTMENT AND ICE WERE RECOMMENDED. NURSE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH EE ON 1-23-24. IF EVERYTHING OK NURSE WILL CLOSE THE CASE.
