The injury occurred while lifting a bag from the scale to the conveyor belt weighing approximately. 4045 lbs. The bag was secured with external security belts which prevented a proper grip and posture. While she lifted pivotedtoward the conveyor belt rotated her hip when she felt a sharp pain radiate down her left leg.
