Bag Handling

Employee originally hurt right knee in [REDACTED] when a local manager was pushing a cart behind the ticket counter. The cart banged into her right knee and has been sore since then. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] employee was working at the ticket counter she checked a bag and turned around to place the bag on the bag belt her shoe tape that was in the seam of the ticket counter mat. Her body turned but her foot stayed behind which wrenched her right knee. The knee began to hurt her and there was some slight swelling. Employee came down shortly after and reported the incident to me.
