EMPLOYEE [REDACTED] LEFT WORK APPROXIMATELY 1 HR 30 MINS EARLY AND INFORMED THE LEAD THAT SHE HAD TO LEAVE. EMPLOYEE [REDACTED] CALLS OFF [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] AND ON [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EMPLOYEE [REDACTED] CALLS SMGR AT [REDACTED] THAT SHE HAS A MEDICAL BOOT ON HER FOOT AND THAT SHE NEEDS TO FILE A CLAIM.
