[REDACTED] after completing the boarding process went down to close flight DL2573 on [REDACTED] A3 and around [REDACTED] she attempted to move the [REDACTED] Checked bags from the customers to front of Jet-way ramp door but while moving Purple Hard case roller bag she felt her body moved but bag did not due to its weight. [REDACTED] continued working till end of her shift and did not feel the Injury and soreness until next day when she reported. [REDACTED] came to work to fill out the Report and evaluated by Virtual Athletic Trainer who recommended Icing and seen by Physician as needed. [REDACTED] stated she had Spinal Surgery before.
