What happened
Agent was working flight at [REDACTED]. Flight Attendant notified agent that she had another bag that needed to be checked into the cargo bin. She went back to the podium to get a tag for the bag and went back down to the aircraft to tag the bag which was a backpack. The agent lifted the bag over the rail to put it into the slide and then proceeded to close the aircraft door. She didn 't feel anything at the time but when she went to her second flight she began feeling pain in her upper right arm and shoulder.
