EMPLOYEE STATES THE TRAILER LOCKING PIN ON THE MAIL BMC FROM THE POST OFFICE STRUCK THE TOP OF HIS FOOT AS HE WAS PULLING IT OFF OF THE USPS TRAILER AND HIS FOOT IS IN PAIN. EMPLOYEE WAS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO TO CONCENTRA AND STATED HE WOULD GO TO HIS OWN CLINIC. EMPLOYEE WAS SEEN AND RETURNED WITH PAPERWORK ON [REDACTED] STATING HE WOULD RETURN TO WORK ON [REDACTED] AND NO MEDICATION WAS PRESCRIBED. EMPLOYEE CALLED OFF 11-2 and 11-3 STATING NUMBNESS IN LEG. EMPLOYEE GOES TO A DIFFERENT FACILITY ON [REDACTED] AND RECEIVES DIRECTION TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND RETURN ON [REDACTED].
