Standing on rolling platform ladder by CC1 transfer valve pulling on a valve gear.
What happened
Employee was pulling on the valve gear explained above and coworker was standing on the other side of the cooler pounding on the other side of the gear with a hammer. Coworker missed the gear on one of his swings and hit employee in the face.
Injury or illness
Got hit just to the left of his nose and got a small cut on his nose. His face started to swell up.
