Before the incident
Employee was assisting with the yarding of a cured concrete Hyspan. The employee was doing the rigging and placing dunnage down for the product to be placed on.
What happened
While attempting to move the dunnage it was getting hung up on the ground. The employee went to move to the other side of the hyspan and had his foot under the dunnage. The operator lowered the hyspan onto the dunnage pinching the employees foot between the dunnage and the ground.
