What happened
The employee was attempting to check the south to south locks on an [REDACTED] maintee and was having a hard time getting them to insert He started using extra force to try and lock the two pieces together and as he was they buckled up and struck him in the face below the lip on the right side He then reported the incident to Supervision and first aid treatment began
