The Bod Operator called for Material handling to remove a pallet of completed cartons that were run While waiting for the pallet to be removed the operator began running the next scheduled job After producing 50 cartons the Operator decided to move a Narrow [REDACTED] Pallet to the [REDACTED] finishing area by hand The Operator lifted the Narrow Pallet from the top of a stack of four pallets and began carrying it towards the [REDACTED] finishing area approximately 30 away While carrying the pallet another Operator working on the opposite side of the South aisle called out to him that he would help The Operator carrying the pallet turned to answer and felt a tightness in his lower back The Narrow [REDACTED] Pallet is 16 wide by 144 long and weighs 60lbs
