An Operator was doing a routine clip change on [REDACTED] and was wearing the proper PPE While feeding the new spool of clips through the guide wheels and clip buster on the south uncoiler the strip of clips was getting stuck He then tried to pull the clips back out of the guide wheel and clip buster which is when the clips snagged his glove and exposed his skin causing a laceration to his hand
