EE was working in the shipping department when a partial stack came out of the stacker. While the stack was moving towards the end of the conveyor the EE was walking back and forth across the conveyor and pushed the partial stack back to move some of the trays to another stack. Once the EE picked up three trays of the stack while still standing on the conveyor and as he was stepping down off the conveyor he stepped on a stack of trays that was on the floor that caused him to start sliding across the floor and he fell less than 10 inches landing on his ankle. EE dislocated his ankle and fractured his tibia.
