Before the incident
EE was working as the 400-oven operator and she was removing an empty pan from the line to take it to the back of the line. As she was walking the pan to the back the edge of the pan caught the guide wheel and can back hitting here in the mouth. The strike of the pan caused the EEs lip to be busted as well as chipped the bottom and inside of her right incisor (front tooth).
