Driving forklift stacking and organizing [REDACTED].

While attempting to straighten a stack of pallets due to the pallets being unstable they fell back on the forklift. The driver had his left hand on top of the overhead guard the top pallet fell on the guard jamming and lacerating his left ring finger.
