Heavy week of building hop loads for chiller runs and loading DE in to Bulk DE Tanks. Started experiencing lower abdominal and lower back pain later in the shift as a result of repetitive lifting motions. Needed teammate assistance to finish out that portion of the job. Trouble sleeping as a result of the discomfort [REDACTED] and evolved over the weekend into a dull and constant nagging pain.
