Associate reports that the process tech requested that they help them transfer a pallet over both mainlines. Associate reports that they only transferred 1 pallet. Associate reports that they had to over reach to grab the pallet from process tech. Associate reports that after it was handed to them they rotated to the left and felt a dull discomfort in their left mid back. Associate reports that as they continued to work the discomfort continued but they felt it in their left low back and that sharp discomfort started to go down the back of their hamstring. Associate reports that they do have a pre-hx of injuring their left hip before. Associate reports that they do not have any numbness tingling.
