What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] EE was assigned to offload live loads when a load arrived with a damaged pallet. The pallet of metal rods did not sustain its poor packaging (plastic straps) through transport and arrived spilled across the trailer. EE repalletized the pallet and gave the okay to EE #2 to offload. EE was spotting EE #2 when the pallet spilled and clipped EEs ankle area. Pallet could not be banded in the trailer due to limited room and safety concerns.
