Was on their meal break

Employee was coming out of the breakroom to clock back in from their meal break. As the employee was exiting the break area another employee held the door open for their incoming coworkers. As the employee proceeded to step out of the breakroom the employee stepped on small mount of liquid that was on the floor causing them to fall and hit their left knee on the floor. The employee reported the incident approximately 2 hours after the incident had occurred to their supervisor when the employee began to feel discomfort on their knee. The employee requested to be sent to Urgent Care for evaluation.
