Employee stated he was headed to the break room to take his meal break. He parked and plugged in his forklift to charge. When he stepped off his forklift. He slipped on hydraulic oil slick that was on the floor. As a result the employee struck his right ankle on guard rail. The employee reported what had happened two and a half hours after the incident. The employee continued to work.
