Before the incident
At approx [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] while on PIT Lift RFT just hooked up on the magnetic strip and it stopped and jerked her RFT is complaining of back pain RFT can still work and was asked if ERT assistance was necessary Specifically regarding the details of this incident: RFT called over radio saying PIT stopped working in aisle AU077 Work center lead went over to the aisle to inspect and PIT showed error code 9G Work center lead asked RFT to turn it off then on again and the error code was no longer displaying on PIT LIFT Work center lead instructed RFT to take it to the red tag barn so it could be worked on RFT then mentioned lower back was starting to hurt and expressed preference of not wanting to be on the machine anymore Work center lead told RFT to take the PIT to the red tag barn and come back to the IC cage RFT then shared with me that ERT assistance was being requested and wanted to be reviewed for lower back pain Work center manager called the ERT hotline which prompted ERT
