While working on a Gas Panel system and tightening two weldments using a 5 8 wrench and a 3 4 wrench the 3 4 wrench slipped from the employees hand The 3 4 wrench dropped less than 1 foot in distance and landed on the employees right hand wrist The employee immediately moved the hand away and accidently hit the Gas Panel enclosure with the same right hand wrist As a result the employee sustained a minor bruise on the right hand wrist
