Before the incident
The contract worker was dragging empty boxes in AS [REDACTED] and they stepped backwards away from the area they were moving the boxes from While stepping backwards their left heel hit a pallet which was properly in its [REDACTED] location causing them to lose balance and fall backwards onto the floor The worker landed on their [REDACTED] right hip and their right hand also hit the floor They stood up and immediately reported the incident to their direct supervisor myself I spoke with the worker and they advised they were not injured refused ERT and wanted to continue working their shift I inspected the area the worker fell and did not find any pallet or other material outside of the [REDACTED] marked areas Photos of the area are attached along with reenactment photos
