Before the incident
Walking down stairs in [REDACTED] near Pack and Hold left foot slipped off of stairs and slipped 2 or 3 flights of stairs ERT member was near when injury occurred and ask if she was ok She informed him that she was experiencing dizziness and set their until able to walk to her desk Once arrived at desk she contacted(ERT Member) to bring ice due to experiencing ankle and calf swelling He placed Ice pack on ankle and calf She decided to leave for the night due to the pain She was also provided several additional ice packs to take home
