Before the incident
At approximately [REDACTED] the employee had started climbing up a ladder to do some work on top of a Vantage AC box This is when he noticed some pain in his left knee and it felt like it was going to give out He informed his lead at this time The employee returned to work and finished out the rest of his shift Before the employee first felt the pain he had been working on 2 separate Vantage systems The work he was performing had him kneeling on his knees for approximately an hour just prior to him first feeling the pain as he started climbing the ladder The employee did state that he was using a kneeling pad during this time The employee felt that he could return to work so the injury was not reported in a timely fashion However when the employee returned to work on [REDACTED] there was still pain in his knee
