Before the incident
Employee notified me thru text message that they were having some issues with there stiffness in neck shoulders and back area I was informed that this issue came about from constant moving of large parts from the airlock over to the designated area in the cleanroom where the parts were being requested by or internal customers I was told with the constant moving of parts lead to the feeling of tightness in the areas i made mention above I instructed the employee to call the 24 7 triage nurse at Corvel to report her strain to them and get further instructions on how to proceed from there
