Before the incident
A contingent employee was moving a dolly cart behind [REDACTED] to the staging area of the auto store where empty totes are placed Contingent employee removed the handle from the dolly cart placing it next to the recycle trash bin while RFT was squatting down to reach in their bag to get some gum out of their bag Contingent employee accidentally stepped on the handle resulting in dolly cart handle to move forward and strike RFT on the head RFT did not need medical assistance but did need to sit down and take a break After about 20 minutes RFT was asked again if they needed medical assistance At this point in time RFT said yes and ERT was notified along with SOC RFT felt worse throughout the call so [REDACTED] was called Once EMS arrived and looked at the patient they gave us the allclear after looking at their injury and said she was good to return to work or leave for the day
