What happened
A contract employee was working as an operator in production picking up trash and cardboard to recycle on H Dock. He was putting a load of cardboard into the dumpster. He took one of the boxes out and exited the compactor to place the box on a storage rack. As he was crossing the aisleway he was struck by a forklift carrying a gaylord of scrap. He fell to the follow striking his head arms and legs resulting on contusions and a possible concussion .
