What happened
An Assembler was in the process of cutting excess plastic away from the container when he turned the knife toward himself and started to cut upward toward his body. The knife slipped when applying pressure upward toward his body. As the knife slipped it struck him in the face and the right eye. He had a cut below his right eye that required 5 stitches
