Putting scrap in a grinder
What happened
An assembler was moving placing scrap ( accumulated in a gaylord on the side of [REDACTED]) into the grinder on [REDACTED] placing the parts one after another one of the parts got hung up and was stuck he stepped up on a table that was stored under the rollers to reach the part stuck in the grinder to push it in he slipped and fell tried to catch himself by grabbing the rollers striking his left shin on the edge of the worktable causing a laceration requiring stitches and several contusions
