Unloading stock pallets

EE was unpacking supplies from our morning pallets delivered by vendor. Empty bins and pallets were being taken outside to be stacked up and when placing the empty pallet on the stack it slipped out of hand and fell onto right large toe. Later it was discovered this had caused an abrasion just behind the nail and there was light bleeding. The Ouch line was called shortly after.
