What happened

after punching out while walking to my car I tripped over a raised concrete seam and fell. Security arrived and asked if I was ok - I thought i was and left work. [REDACTED] I was having a hard time breathing and went to urgent care where I was taken off work for the next day. I am on vacation [REDACTED] and hoping to be healed by my return date.
