She states that she does not remember doing anything to her finger while she was working but when she was leaving she had pain in her left middle finger in the middle knuckle when she bends it. She states that she thought it was nothing much at the time. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] during the day there was minimal pain or discomfort similar to what she felt on [REDACTED]. When she came in on [REDACTED] night to work from [REDACTED] she states that she felt again the same amount of pain and discomfort but when she was done with her shift on [REDACTED] she then noticed swelling on her middle finger increased pain in her knuckle part of the left finger and a bruise had formed. On [REDACTED] employees states that she went to seek medical attention at Well Now due to even more pain in the left middle finger.
