The employee was grabbing some lug liners and had some metal banded wraps that were in the way and was trying to correct a tripping hazard. As he pulled on the band it came across the top of his wrist and opened it up.

Resulted in 5 stitches on the top of his left wrist.

Metal band but also the process of the supplier 's hand changed without informing us of the change to approve it. All current lugs were sent back and reworked to meet our specifications.
