Before the incident
Around [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED] an employee slipped and fell as she was making her way to her car after shift change. Due to low lighting conditions at this time on a winter morning she did not notice the amount of ice under the snow she was walking on. The slippery conditions caused her to slip and fortunately there were other employees present to help get her back inside to the lab for first aid C crew LMS was alerted to the incident.

The employee slipped and fell on some ice in the parking lot.

: The employee was taken to the Emergency room with an arm injury x-rays were negative for a fracture doctor recommended arm be placed in a sling for the weekend basic pain medication ice packs and a follow up with Primary care Provider the following Monday December 30th.
