Before the incident
EE was operating [REDACTED] The robot was unable to pick up the Bay that was holding the fixtured casting. EE removed their gloves and jogged the robot up so they could inspect the bearings on the robot head. EE moved the bearings by hand to try and find the issue. Finding the third bearing was jammed EE pushed the bearing which allowed the inner piston to extend pinching their index finger between the piston and the bearing housing. EE yanked their hand back to free it which resulted in a laceration.
