Before the incident
Shell Finish EE was attempting to remove the T-handles on Ti-Al blades in the Dry Room. EE stepped on the pallet and lost their balance. EE fell to the floor with their right hand on top of the T-Handle pulling it over during the fall. EE hit the ground and reached up with their left hand to try and catch the Ti-Al shell but the shell pulled the EEs hand down with it pinching the EEs left pinky finger between the T-handle and a a shell bucket on the pallet resulting in a laceration. EE was wearing A9 cut resistant gloves.
