EE was on break. She visited the restroom upon exiting after her visit she missed the first step from the portable restroom to the attached staircase. She did not have her hand on the railing at the time and fell to the bottom of the stairs.

Employee stepped out of a portable restroom and missed the first step leading from the restroom to the attached stairs. They had one hand against the door but failed to hold the railing for support with their other hand. This caused them to lose balance and fall forward tumbling down the stairs to the ground causing multiple contusions to the body.
