EE was checking Kister 2 hourly code verification and using the palm of her hand to push fiber through for the code the fiber got away from the conveyor and her hand went in between 2 rollers that are between the 2 conveyor belts. Maintenance had to cut the rollers out with a saw to get employee 's hands out. Resulting in broken hand and fingers.
